  Victoria's ex-As Sheriff guitarist Barry Numan recorded and produced the Noon Tide LP in August of 1974. Members were aged 18-21, with Barry being 21. It was set-up, recorded and mixed in only 18.5 hours. We will update this description with additional biographical information in the future. For now, enjoy this piece of West Coast history!
  
  While supplies last, we have a small amount of original private-press sealed LPs by Victoria group NOON TIDE, featuring ex-As Sheriff guitarist Barry Numan. Noon Tide's self-titled release can best be described as a Rock-Fusion trio, not afraid to be eclectic but also glad to get heavy. Less than 40 bundles are available and when they're gone, they're gone! Vinyl is mint, covers are sealed, some may have nominal corner dings... they're 49 years old!

Formed in 1967 by Canadian hippies and an American draft dodger, As Sheriff brought the fuzz and smoke to Victoria and Vancouver’s underground scenes with their DIY attitude, guttural guitars, hypnotic harmonies, and anti-war covers – featuring future May Blitz bassist Reid Hudson. 12 songs (10 unreleased) in 47 minutes from 1969–70, including their rare single “His Father’s Good Machine” – all meticulously remastered from analog reels. Deluxe large-size 8-page booklet with their story, photos, art, and gig posters. Plus a cool sticker! 600 copies.
